Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations with prospects
- Serve as the technical expert during customer evaluations
- Own customer onboarding from sales handoff through implementation
- Configure solutions to meet customer business requirements
- Train customers on integrations and platform functionality
- Manage 30+ concurrent customer implementations
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues alongside product and engineering teams
- Translate customer feedback into product improvement recommendations
- Develop scalable onboarding processes, templates, and automation
- Create customer education and training materials
- Track implementation milestones, timelines, and KPIs
Requirements
Who qualifies
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Implementation, or Onboarding)
- Experience working at a startup, top consulting firm, or elite company
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-facing presentation and demo experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and learn technical concepts quickly
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
