Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- Serve as the executive point of contact for enterprise customer deployments
- Lead customer discovery sessions and workflow mapping
- Configure, test, and deploy AI agent solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical execution
- Manage C-suite stakeholder relationships and executive communications
- Lead project kickoffs, milestone reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
- Drive successful customer adoption and deployment outcomes
Requirements
Who qualifies
- 4–8 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise clients
- Strong client management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing complex projects from planning through execution
- Technical understanding of APIs, JSON, SQL, and SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Limited enterprise client-facing experience
No software implementation or deployment experience

Preferred qualifications
What sets you apart
- Consulting experience with McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, or similar firms
- Investment banking background
- Experience with AI, LLMs, automation, or agent-based workflows
- Logistics, supply chain, or enterprise technology experience
- Experience managing enterprise accounts valued at $500K+
- Prior startup experience
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives

- Shadow customer discovery and implementation sessions
- Work alongside engineering teams on live deployments
- Learn customer workflow mapping and solution design processes
- Gradually assume ownership of enterprise accounts and executive relationships
