Key responsibilities

What you’ll own

  • Manage enterprise client relationships from implementation through long-term success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Analyze customer usage data to improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Develop scalable engagement processes and best practices.
Requirements

Who qualifies

  • 5–8 years of client-facing consulting, engagement management, customer success, or strategy experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
  • Strong relationship management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Does not qualify if:Less than five years of relevant client-facing experience. Limited experience supporting enterprise-level customers. No experience managing executive stakeholder relationships. Lack of consulting, customer success, or strategic account management experience.
Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, consumer insights, retail, CPG, or technology.
  • Consulting background with a national or boutique consulting firm.
  • Experience with customer expansion, renewals, or account growth.
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
