Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- Manage enterprise client relationships from implementation through long-term success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Analyze customer usage data to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.
- Develop scalable engagement processes and best practices.
Requirements
Who qualifies
- 5–8 years of client-facing consulting, engagement management, customer success, or strategy experience.
- Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong relationship management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Does not qualify if:Less than five years of relevant client-facing experience.
Limited experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
No experience managing executive stakeholder relationships.
Lack of consulting, customer success, or strategic account management experience.
Preferred qualifications

- Consulting background with a national or boutique consulting firm.
- Experience with customer expansion, renewals, or account growth.
