Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- Own strategic enterprise healthcare accounts
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Partner with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Identify risks and opportunities using customer data
- Deliver executive business reviews and strategic guidance
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally
- Build scalable customer success processes and playbooks
- Mentor and support Customer Success team members
- Travel to client sites as needed
Requirements
Who qualifies
- 5-10 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Enterprise SaaS customer success experience
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Executive stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder accounts
- Ability to build processes and playbooks from scratch
- Healthcare technology experience preferred
- AI, automation, or workflow software experience preferred
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, or eCW preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Does not qualify if:No enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
No startup or high-growth company experience
No experience managing strategic customer accounts
Sales-only or account management backgrounds without post-sale ownership
Support-only experience without retention or expansion responsibility
No experience working with executive stakeholders
Not authorized to work in the United States
Unwilling to travel up to 25%
