Key responsibilities

What you’ll own

  • • Own retention and customer success across a portfolio of B2B accounts
  • • Build strong customer relationships through onboarding, renewals, and account management
  • • Lead customer implementations and streamline onboarding workflows
  • • Develop SOPs, operational playbooks, and scalable CS processes
  • • Partner with product teams to improve customer experience and workflows
  • • Design systems and operational frameworks to support company growth
Requirements

Who qualifies

  • • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, CS Ops, or Revenue Operations
  • • Experience working in Seed to Series A startups required
  • • Background managing enterprise or complex B2B customer relationships
  • • Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset
  • • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • • Strong spreadsheet and workflow management skills
  • • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
Does not qualify if:• No startup experience • Only large corporate environments with no hands-on operational ownership • Unstable employment history • Unable to operate independently in ambiguity • Poor communication or limited customer-facing skills
Preferred qualifications

  • • Startup operations or implementation experience
  • • Experience building onboarding playbooks or operational workflows
  • • SaaS, Insurtech, or Vertical SaaS experience preferred
