Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- • Own retention and customer success across a portfolio of B2B accounts
- • Build strong customer relationships through onboarding, renewals, and account management
- • Lead customer implementations and streamline onboarding workflows
- • Develop SOPs, operational playbooks, and scalable CS processes
- • Partner with product teams to improve customer experience and workflows
- • Design systems and operational frameworks to support company growth
Requirements
Who qualifies
- • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, CS Ops, or Revenue Operations
- • Experience working in Seed to Series A startups required
- • Background managing enterprise or complex B2B customer relationships
- • Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- • Strong spreadsheet and workflow management skills
- • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
Does not qualify if:• No startup experience
• Only large corporate environments with no hands-on operational ownership
• Unstable employment history
• Unable to operate independently in ambiguity
• Poor communication or limited customer-facing skills
Preferred qualifications

- • Experience with CRM, onboarding, or customer success platforms
- • Startup operations or implementation experience
- • Experience building onboarding playbooks or operational workflows
- • SaaS, Insurtech, or Vertical SaaS experience preferred
