Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- • Manage relationships with recruiting firms and business partners
- • Drive partner growth, engagement, and revenue performance
- • Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams
- • Identify process improvements and marketplace opportunities
- • Support onboarding, retention, and partner success initiatives
- • Work onsite in San Francisco, CA
- • Full-time position with benefits and equity eligibility
- • Salary starting at $125,000 per year
Requirements
Who qualifies
- 2–8 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Startup Operations
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth
- Experience owning revenue goals or performance metrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and operational thinking skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Does not qualify if:No customer-facing or account management experience
No experience owning business results or revenue-related goals
Unable to work onsite in San Francisco, CA
Primarily support-only experience without client ownership
Poor communication or relationship management skills
Limited ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
