Key responsibilities
What you’ll own
- • Serve as a key partner to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives across hiring, marketing, and internal operations
- • Build and document scalable processes and repeatable playbooks to support company growth
- • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tools and systems to improve efficiency
- • Oversee projects including office planning, website improvements, and operational initiatives
- • Improve hiring and interview processes to attract top talent
Requirements
Who qualifies
- • 3–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a high-growth startup
- • Demonstrated high-agency and proactive problem-solving ability
- • Track record managing complex projects across multiple teams
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Does not qualify if:• Limited project management experience
• Inability to work independently
• Poor communication or stakeholder management skills
• Preference for highly structured environments only
• Lack of initiative or ownership mentality
