Key responsibilities

What you’ll own

  • • Manage relationships with recruiting firms and business partners
  • • Drive partner growth, engagement, and revenue performance
  • • Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams
  • • Identify process improvements and marketplace opportunities
  • • Support onboarding, retention, and partner success initiatives
  • • Work onsite in San Francisco, CA
  • • Full-time position with benefits and equity eligibility
  • • Salary starting at $125,000 per year
Requirements

Who qualifies

  • 2–8 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Startup Operations
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Experience owning revenue goals or performance metrics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving and operational thinking skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Does not qualify if:No customer-facing or account management experience No experience owning business results or revenue-related goals Unable to work onsite in San Francisco, CA Primarily support-only experience without client ownership Poor communication or relationship management skills Limited ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
